Keto Recipe: Cream Cheese Pancake



With a little tweak to regular recipe, this can be your super easy (and delicious) Keto menu for breakfast! Ready in 15 minutes or less.

Yield: 5-6 pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Any Sugar Free Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Butter
  • Cinnamon Powder (Optional)
  • Heavy Whip Cream (Optional)
  • Some fresh Berries (Optional)

Cooking

  1. Mash the cream cheese with eggs until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Beat in the cinnamon and sugar-free syrup.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and pour in 2 tablespoons of the batter. Cook for 3 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  3. Top with Heavy Whip Cream and Syrup as many as you like. Serve with fruits.
