Keto Recipe: Fruit Salad

Everyone love Fruit salad. It’s a simple and delicious dessert that you can make in less than ten minutes. However, for us Keto friends, we need to pick the low carb fruits below. (You can also use these fruits for other Keto recipes such as muffins and smoothies)







Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pineapple
  • Apple
  • Orange
  • Cantaloupe
  • Peach
  • Sweet Cherry
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Apricot
  • Haas Avocado
  • Sugar free Maple Syrup
  • Heavy Whipped Cream

Cooking

Mix any fruits of your choice together with syrup. Top with Whipped Cream and Cherry. You can add some chopped mint if you like.
