Smooth, creamy and flavorful vanilla pudding at your first taste. It can be done in less than 15 minutes (Well…. you have to wait for couple hours for them to chill) The most cool thing for this recipe is you can change the vanilla to an instant coffee or cocoa for variation of pudding flavor!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup, Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup, Water (or Almond Milk for more taste)
- Just a pinch, Salt
- 1/4 cup, Granulated Splenda or Equivalent Sugar Substitute
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp, Vanilla
Cooking
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a pot and place over a low heat. Stir constantly.
- It should takes about 3-5 minutes that the mixture is thick and pudding-like. You will see that the mixture will cover the back of the spoon like the picture below. Remove from the heat and whisk heavily to let the air into the pudding and break any clumps.
- Pour the pudding into a bowl or serve cups and plastic wrap them.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
