Keto Recipe: Strawberry Almond Smoothie

I love smoothie! It’s a refreshing beverage that can be whipped up in minutes. Let’s adjust some ingredients to make it Ketogenic version.

Yield: 2 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup, Strawberry
  • 1 1/2 cups, Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp, Sugar Substitute of your choice (I prefer Vanilla Syrup)
  • 3/4 cup, Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup, Ice

Cooking

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until it becomes smooth. Top up with water or Almond Milk if needed.
  2. Sprinkle with coarsely ground almond. Serve Cold.
