Ingredients
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Any Sugar Free Syrup
- 1 tsp. Butter
- Cinnamon Powder (Optional)
- Heavy Whip Cream (Optional)
- Some fresh Berries (Optional)
Cooking
- Mash the cream cheese with eggs until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Beat in the cinnamon and sugar-free syrup.
- Melt the butter in a pan and pour in 2 tablespoons of the batter. Cook for 3 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Top with Heavy Whip Cream and Syrup as many as you like. Serve with fruits.
