Keto Recipe: Grilled Salmon with Sauce

Delicious and very simple Ketogenic recipe made with olive oil grilled salmon, topped with homemade sauce and basil leaves. Fish cooks best on a nonstick pan with a lid to get the fish steamed.

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

Salmon
  • 4 ounce Salmon Fillet
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar Free Mable Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Minced Basil leaves (Optional)

Cooking

  1. Put all sauce ingredients except oil into a pan. ***Very low heat*** Keep it Boiling for 1 minute. Set aside and add oil.
  2. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper; place skin side down into olive oil coated pan. Cover the pand and grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle with Basil leaves and Serve with sauce.
