This recipe is one of my most favorite. I bet you never heard it anywhere before because my grandma created it by herself! I think it’s actually based on Chinese cooking style. But it doesn’t matter as long as it’s yummy.
We’re going to mince together both pork and salted mackerel and garlic. Then stir-fried them until they turn brown and crisp. If you were not on Keto, I would highly suggested to eat with steamed rice. Unfortunately, rice is a no-no for us so you might want to try something like Cauli-rice instead.
The best thing about this dish is you can keep it in the fridge for many days. Simply re-heat it on the oil-coated pan when you’re going to eat.

Ingredients
- 200g, Pork
- 50g, Salt Mackerel
- 1 tbsp, Garlic
- 1/2 tsp, Any Sugar Substitute
- 3 tbsp, Cooking Oil
Cooking
- Mince together pork, salted mackerel and garlic in a food processor (Or you can use large knife with chopping board)
- Medium heat the oil, and put the minced mixture into a large pan. Keep stir-frying it until it turns golden brown. This should takes around 20 minutes.
- Add salt and sugar substitute to your taste. Serve with hot Cauli-Rice, or Keto bread.
